Tracking & Delivery

We ship our packages insured with Deutsche Post (DHL). You will receive - depending on your agreement in the order process - a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID (package number), which allows you to view the current shipment history of your package on the website of DHL.

Shipping & Shipping Charges

Germany Standard Shipping

We charge a one-time flat rate shipping fee of 4,90 € for every order within Germany. From a minimum order value of 100 € we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. For deliveries to other European countries the flat shipping fee is 19,00 € and for deliveries to non-European countries we charge a flat shipping fee of 36,00 €.
